You'll also get access to our 24/7 online claims reporting portal, along with our UK-wide network of qualified engineers. We'll cover the cost of call-outs, parts and labour and, if our tradespeople can't fix your Blu-ray or DVD player, we'll contribute towards the cost of a new one.
