Our Enhanced boiler and heating cover offers you complete protection in the event of you experiencing complete boiler and/or central heating failure which results in the loss of heating and/or hot water.
Our Enhanced plumbing and drainage cover offers you protection if you experience damage to or failure of the drainage system where water damage is likely.
Our Enhanced Cover offers you protection in the event of experiencing complete heating/hot water loss or damage to or failure of your plumbing and drainage system.
Our Premium Cover offers you the same protection in the event of complete loss/failure to your boiler and central heating or plumbing and drainage systems along with the additional reassurance that we’ll repair or rectify any leaks within your boiler and central heating system and replace any leaking pipes. We’ll also repair taps and restore toilet facilities.

1. Call our team within 48 hours of the incident occurring (anything after this will not be considered an emergency).
2. We aim to provide 24 hour support to make a repair or provide a replacement.
3. Once the job is done, you’ll sign to confirm you’re happy with the service and we’ll settle the bill (within your cover limits) with the engineer directly.

Please note, there is a £60 compulsory excess on all claims made within the first 90 days of the policy start date. This doesn’t apply if you’ve included a voluntary excess.
This is the call out fee you’ll pay towards any claim you make on your insurance. You can select a £0, £60 or £95 call out fee option. The higher the call out fee you select, the lower the monthly or annual price you pay.

Boiler: boiler breakdowns can be expensive and inconvenient, so we’ll make sure your boiler is back up and running as soon as possible. If it turns out our engineer is unable to repair your boiler and it’s deemed ‘beyond economical repair’ we’ll provide £500 boiler replacement contribution.
Central Heating: we’ll protect you against the complete breakdown of your boiler and central heating system if you’re left without any heating or hot water.
Please Note: You will only be covered in the event of the complete loss of heating/hot water. If you’d like to be covered for non-emergency situations too, upgrade to our premium plan.
Optional Boiler Service: an annual visit to check your boiler is safe and in good working order. This can be added to your basket before your final purchase.

Electrics: we’ll help if you suffer the failure of at least one complete electrical circuit within your home.
Gas Supply Pipe: we’ll repair or replace the damaged section of your internal gas supply pipe and turn your gas back on.
Plumbing & Drainage: from burst pipes that will cause internal damage to your home to the failure of the only available toilet, we’ll send our approved engineers to fix the problem quickly.

Pest Removal: if you have an infestation of rats, mice, wasps or hornets in your home, we can help restore your home to normal.
Security: if your home is left insecure and easily accessible to intruders following damage or failure of an external lock, door or window, we’ll make sure it’s safe and secure again.
Access to Home: lose your keys or get locked out of your home and we’ll help you regain entry and ensure it’s left secure.
Roofing: we’ll help if your roof suffers from missing, broken or loose tiles which will cause internal water damage.

Plumbing & Drains: from burst pipes to blocked drains, we’ll be on hand to help, getting you back up and running as soon as possible.

Water Supply Pipe: we’ll cover you in the event of a blockage or leakage of your water supply pipe up to your main stopcock.

For the moment you need immediate help in your home, such as a burst pipe causing internal damage to your home, the failure of the only toilet available in the property or the complete loss of heating/hot water.
This will cover you for temporary repairs to limit or prevent damage to your home (or if at a similar expense, completing a permanent repair)
If you want to be covered for ‘non-emergency’ as well then please upgrade to our Premium cover level.

Please note, we can only cover boilers under 15 years old.
