Home Emergency insurance is highly recommended to ensure that if your boiler breaks down, you don’t experience heat loss for long periods of time. This insurance is especially important in the winter months when your home requires extra heating.

It also provides you with confidence that you don't have to deal with the disruptions that damaged plumbing and drainage would bring.

Our Home Emergency Cover policies help reduce stress and avoid large repair bills if the worst were to happen.

Our Enhanced Cover offers you protection in the event of experiencing damage to/failure of your plumbing and drainage system, where internal flooding or water damage is likely.

Our Premium Cover offers you the same protection in the event of complete loss/failure to your plumbing and drainage systems along with the additional reassurance that we’ll repair and replace any leaking pipes. We’ll also clear blockages, repair taps and restore toilet facilities.

1. Call our team within 48 hours of the incident occurring (anything after this will not be considered an emergency).

2. We aim to provide 24 hour support to make a repair or provide a replacement.

3. Once the job is done, you’ll sign to confirm you’re happy with the service and we’ll settle the bill (within your cover limits) with the engineer directly.

Please note, there is a compulsory £60 excess to pay in the following situations:

• Any claim made within the first 90 days of cover

• Any boiler over 10 years of age
