Please note that all documentation is provided via email when purchased; please contact us if you require paper copies.

We offer three levels of Home Emergency Cover; please see the relevant documents below. If you’re not sure which policy you have, it’ll be confirmed in your Policy Schedule.

Purchased through comparison sites (GoCompare and Money)

With our Standard Cover package, you’re covered for the most essential home emergency situations such as a complete boiler failure and burst pipes.

These policy documents are applicable to Standard Home Emergency Cover that started on or renewed from 21 January 2020.

If you have a Home Emergency policy that started before 21 January 2020, please refer to the policy documents sent to you via email or post at the time of purchase.

Purchased directly through Home Emergency Assist

With our Enhanced Cover package, you get everything included in the Standard Cover package plus a higher cover and claim limit.

These policy documents are applicable to Enhanced Home Emergency Cover that started on or renewed from 21 January 2020.

If you have a Home Emergency policy that started before 21 January 2020, please refer to the policy documents sent to you via email or post at the time of purchase.
