By purchasing a home emergency and/or appliance insurance policy online via a Participating Partner, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are separate to any other contracts you may have with us.

• This prize draw is available to new customers who purchase a home emergency and/or appliance insurance policy between 2nd - 30th April 2024 online via a Participating Partner.

• A Participating Partner is a third-party company who has an affiliation with Home Emergency Assist and is promoting this competition as previously agreed with Home Emergency Assist.

• One winner will be selected from the people who have purchased an insurance policy between these time-frames.

• The winner will be randomly selected via a random number generator. The adjudicator's decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The winner will be contacted by email and/or telephone within 14 days of the competition end date.

• The prize is a Salter 5196 7.4L Dual Air Fryer Pro (RRP £229.99) and a year's free appliance cover for the air fryer, worth £54.60. The total prize value is £284.59.

• The prize will be sent to the winner 60 days after the start date of the winner’s insurance policy. Cancellation of the policy within the first 60 days will void the competition result and the prize will not be issued.

• The air fryer will be sent to the winner free of charge via courier. Home Emergency Assist accepts no liability for damage, or loss in transit.

• Policy documents will be emailed to you to confirm your year's free cover. We will write to you at least 21 days before your policy is due to renew to confirm the cost of the policy, should you wish to continue covering the air fryer.

• The prize is not transferrable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

• We reserve the right at our discretion to disqualify entries which we consider do not comply with these terms and conditions or any participant who we reasonably believe have interfered with the fair running of this prize draw.

• All other terms of business and cancellation policy terms remain in effect.

• We reserve the right to alter, amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time.

• The winner's last name, initial and county of residence will be available on request on those sending an email to marketing@homeemergencyassist.com.
