By switching your payment method (via invitation from our email), you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are separate to any other contracts you may have with us.

• This prize draw is available to existing customers who change their payment method for Home Emergency and/or Appliance insurance to annual debit/credit card payment or direct debit via our finance provider.

• One winner will be selected from the people who have switched payment method between these timeframes (19.08.23 - 19.09.23).

• The winner will be randomly selected via a random number generator. The adjudicator's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Winner can choose from over 90 retailers upon receipt of their email.

• The prize is not transferrable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

• Policy must be live in order to qualify for the prize draw.

• Employees (or family members of employees) of Home Emergency Assist may not enter the prize draw.

• Only one offer per household.

• We reserve the right at our discretion to disqualify entries which we consider do not comply with these terms and conditions or any participant who we reasonably believe have interfered with the fair running of this prize draw.

• All other terms of business and cancellation policy terms remain in effect.

• We reserve the right to alter, amend, or withdraw the prize draw at any time.

• The winner's last name, initial and county of residence will be available on request on those sending an email to marketing@homeemergencyassist.com.
