• Redemption only through the site listed on the voucher; fill in your personal, and boiler details, and we'll get in touch to book in your service.

• This offer cannot be redeemed on Home Emergency Assist website, or over phone.

• No cash alternatives will be offered.

• Only available for gas, or LPG boilers. Oil boilers cannot be serviced.

• Boiler services are typically completed April - September.

• Boiler service will not be completed on boilers that have pre-existing faults.

• All other terms of business and cancellation policy terms remain in effect.
