By switching your payment method, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are separate to any other contracts you may have with us.
This prize draw is available to existing customers who change their payment method for home emergency and/or appliance insurance to annual debit/credit card payment or direct debit via our finance partner.
Two winners will be selected from the people who have switched payment method between these timeframes (06.02.2024 - 18.03.2024).
The winners will be randomly selected via a random number generator. The adjudicator's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners will be contacted by telephone within 20 days of the competition ending. If we are unable to get through to you, we will send an email. If we do not hear back from you within 7 days of the date of this email, the prize will be redrawn.
Prize will be for a 1 year's free appliance cover, for 1 appliance of your choice, which is worth up to the value of £500, with a £50 excess (choosing from over 30 different electrical and domestic appliances that we can insure).
We will need to know your appliance type, manufacturer, model, value, and installation date. It is your responsibility to provide this information. Once received, we will send your policy documents. This can be done via email to marketing@homeemergencyassist.com, or on the phone.
The prize is not transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
Policy must be live to qualify for prize draw.
Employees (or family members of employees) of Home Emergency Assist may not enter the prize draw.
Only one offer per household.
We reserve the right at our discretion to disqualify entries which we consider do not comply with these terms and conditions or any participant who we reasonable believe have interfered with the fair running of this prize draw.
If you have made a claim and cancel mid-term, you will be required to pay your policy for the remainder of the policy term.
All other terms of business and cancellation policy terms remain in effect.
We reserve the right to alter, amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time.
The winner's last name, initial and county of residence will be available on request on those sending an email to marketing@homeemergencyassist.com
