By leaving a review and completing our competition entry form, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are separate to any other contracts you may have with us.
This prize draw is available to existing customers who leave a review on Google, and complete our competition entry form. Customers can only have a maximum of one entry into the prize draw in total as multiple reviews cannot be left.
One winner will be selected each month from people who have left a Google Review.
The winner will be randomly selected via a random number generator. The adjudicator’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be contacted by email within the first working week after month end.
The gift card needs to be activated within a period of 90 days from the date our gift card partner, Vex Rewards, email your card to you, following which it will expire automatically. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry date and it is your responsibility to ensure that your gift card is redeemed prior to expiry.
Winner can choose from over 90 retailers upon receipt of their email.
The prize is not transferrable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
Policy must be live to qualify for prize draw.
Employees (or family members of employees) of Home Emergency Assist may not enter the prize draw.
Only one offer per household.
We reserve the right at our discretion to disqualify entries which we consider do not comply with these terms and conditions or any
participant who we reasonably believe have interfered with the fair running of this prize draw.
All other terms of business and cancellation policy terms remain in effect.
We reserve the right to alter, amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time.
The winner’s last name, initial and county of residence will be available on request on those sending an email to marketing@homeemergencyassist.com
