Boiler and central heating cover offers you protection in the event you experience a complete boiler breakdown and/or heating failure.
If you choose a Premium cover package, you can also be assured that we’ll repair your thermostats too.
Boiler and central heating insurance is highly recommended to ensure that if your boiler breaks down, you don’t experience heat loss for long periods of time. This insurance is especially important in the winter months when your home requires extra heating.
You never know when the worst will happen, and our boiler breakdown cover can help you save on large repair costs and prevent you living in uncomfortable conditions.
When you choose us for your boiler and central heating cover, you can expect a professional and helpful service with round-the-clock support from our dedicated claims line.
Unlike some other providers, we’re also fully FCA regulated which means you’re buying an insurance policy from us rather than a maintenance contract. This gives you extra protection and reassurance that we’ll provide you with clear, honest information.

1. Call our team within 48 hours of the incident occurring (anything after this will not be considered an emergency).
2. We aim to provide 24 hour support to make a repair or provide a replacement.
3. Once the job is done, you’ll sign to confirm you’re happy with the service and we’ll settle the bill (within your cover limits) with the engineer directly.

Please note, there is a compulsory £60 excess on all claims made within the first 90 days of the policy start date. This doesn’t apply if you’ve included a voluntary excess.
Boiler: boiler breakdowns can be expensive and inconvenient, so we’ll make sure your boiler is back up and running as soon as possible. If it turns out our engineer is unable to repair your boiler and it’s deemed ‘beyond economical repair’ we’ll provide £500 boiler replacement contribution.

Pest Removal: if you have an infestation of rats, mice, wasps or hornets in your home, we can help restore your home to normal.
Security: if your home is left insecure and easily accessible to intruders following damage or failure of an external lock, door or window, we’ll make sure it’s safe and secure again.
Access to Home: lose your keys or get locked out of your home and we’ll help you regain entry and ensure it’s left secure.
Roofing: we’ll help if your roof suffers from missing, broken or loose tiles which will cause internal water damage.

For the moment you need immediate help in your home, such as the complete loss of heating/hot water, a burst pipe causing internal damage to your home or the failure of the only toilet available in the property.
This will cover you for temporary repairs to limit or prevent damage to your home (or if at a similar expense, completing a permanent repair)
If you want to be covered for ‘non-emergency’ as well then please upgrade to our Premium cover level.

A sudden and unforeseen malfunction which results in the unit or system no longer working or operating correctly.
This is only available with our Premium cover level.

This is the call-out fee you’ll pay towards any claim you make on your insurance. You can select a £0, £60 or £95 call-out fee option. The higher the call-out fee you select, the lower the monthly or annual price you pay.

Choose between our Enhanced or Premium cover levels:
Enhanced: this is the best option if you’re only looking for help in emergency situations; those ‘oh-no’ moments such as the complete loss of heating and hot water or your only toilet has stopped working. You’ll have access to approved engineers 24/7, 365 and will be covered up to £3,000!
Please note, Enhanced Cover: covers the engineer completing a temporary repair to limit or prevent damage (or if at a similar expense, the cost of completing a permanent repair).
Premium: if you’re looking for a more comprehensive level of cover then Premium is best for you, it includes all elements of Enhanced so you’ll also get peace of mind that those emergency situations are sorted, but it also takes all the stress of those inconvenient problems around the house away such as dripping taps, leaking pipes or repairing faults in your boiler along with an unlimited cover level.
